berryshake

This is more like What’s Blending.  This weeks ingredient was berries.  Which stumped me.  Then I remembered I had a partial bag of mixed berries in the freezers.  I think this bag has strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and red raspberries — and there was just enough for a small milk shake.

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup milk – I used 2 %
  • 1 t artificial sweetener
  • 1 t vanilla

Put all ingredients in a blender.  Pulse until mixed/thickened.    Any type of frozen fruit could be used.  If using fresh berries add ice cubes.

To see what other’s made with their berries, check out the links over at Patchwork Times.  Cinnamon is next week’s ingredient.
